The managing director of the company, Nikos Chr. Kouvaros, is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and a Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC) holding all relevant practicing certificates. He has studied in Greece at the Athens University of Economics and Business and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics.

Nikos Kouvaros is the Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Cyprus House Financing Corporation and a Member of the Audit Committee of the European Capital of Culture 2017 Organization - Pafos 2017.

Before the establishment of CYFEXPO, he was working with one of the leading professional firms in Cyprus, where he was an audit A. Manager and specialized in large audit and tax engagements.

His areas of expertise include a number of complex IFRS, consolidations and many aspects of direct tax and indirect tax. He has years of experience in the sectors of Real Estate (Construction & Development), Leisure & Tourism (Hotels, Restaurants) and trading (Wholesale & Retail trading).
